Specific place for a sold note and have the sold note permanently pinned to the top of the desk log until delivered.

Thanks for sharing this, Josh Tomasek — totally get how having a sold note pinned until delivery would make the desk log a lot easier to manage. Quick couple questions so we can scope it correctly: where in DriveCentric would you want to create/edit the “sold note” (deal, customer record, or right in the desk log)? What details should it include, and are you thinking one sold note per sold vehicle/deal or potentially multiple? And for the pinning behavior, should it stay pinned strictly until the vehicle is marked Delivered, or are there other statuses/events that should unpin it?

Shelby Parker we would like to be able to see it in the deal and the desk log. Just an ability to put a note in, with one sold note per vehicle. Let's have it pinned until delivery.
