I'd like to see Sold-Delivered tasks such as auto emails go out to/assign to the Salesperson on the Delivered deal instead of the current setup option having it send from the Associated Salesperson

Kacey Headrick Thank you for the feature request! Would you mind adding some clarification on this? What is the difference between the Salesperon and Associated Salesperson? When it comes to tasks, your store can setup customized tasks based on where the customer is at in the car buying process. Once a deal is Delivered, you can have an auto email go out if that's what you prefer. Thank you!

Shawn Goebel I am referring to Salesperson as the Salesperson who Sold the customer and was assigned to the Delivered deal. Per Support, Associated Salesperson refers to and is based on the Customer Contact Card (which is not always the salesperson who sold the customer). We have an auto email setup in our Sold-Delivered Business Rules, and to address your suggestion, we would like Sold-Delivered business rule tasks to assign to Salesperson on the delivered deal NOT an Associated Salesperson on the customer card at the time email is sent.

- Are there any specific types of auto emails or tasks that should be prioritized for assignment to the Salesperson?
- How should the system handle cases where there is no clear Salesperson associated with a Delivered deal?

- Salesperson 1 assigned to/on a Delivered Deal
- Any and all tasks for Sold Delivered Business Rule with Users designated as Associated Salesperson.
- If no clear salesperson associated (inactive user), add filter in Business Rule setup.
