Just a suggestion. Please make it so we can snooze deals even though the customer does not respond with the word Yes to texting or emails that they usually do not see due to them going to spam. The customer said he will not be ready until October, but he never said "Yes" so now I am going to have to bug him until then and potentially lose out on this deal due to this oversight. He is on vacation and does not want us bothering every day to satisfy touchpoints. It is also our BDC's policy to satisfy every touchpoint for 90 days.
