Simultaneous Sorting Filters

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE let us use two different sorting filters at the same time, why can't we sort by contact "attempt" and ALSO "engagement" at the same time. This would increase productivity and be a major improvement to the quality of life when it comes to customer mining.

Hello, I apologize for the late response I was not in the office the last few days. To answer your questions yes I would use the dual filter ability every single day and I can confidently say that it would increase my productivity significantly. The dual sorting filter would allow me to filter by when a customer was last engaged and also when the last attempt was, or more importantly, what the "Status" of the deal is. This would mean that I would no longer have to scroll down through the profile and read through the recent activity before making my call. As it stands at the moment I can only choose one filter which forces me to either look through the recent activity or confirm the status of the deal as it makes no sense to call customers that have recently purchased from us or who have already been marked "dead" for whatever reason. While this would only save a minute amount of time per profile, when added up it would allow me to be much more productive in my mining on a large scale. The benefit would come from the time saved in itself but also in the increased level of focus I would be able to maintain due to less distraction. Being able to use two filters would overall improve mining capabilities in pretty much all scenarios overall. In an ideal world I would be able to sort my leads by most recent engagement, most recent attempt and the status of the profile. This way I would be able to maximize my time and power through calls without having to first verify that I'm not stepping on the toes of my colleagues or looking at a profile that has already been marked dead or delivered before every single call.

Hey Danny Favrin, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific outcomes or improvements do you expect from being able to use two sorting filters simultaneously?
- Are there particular scenarios or tasks where using dual sorting filters would be most beneficial?
- How frequently do you anticipate using the dual sorting feature in your daily operations?
