I would prefer that the notes that shows up on the desktop view don't change with every subsequent note. If a sales manager checks a customer out of the showroom and puts down "650 score, $3000 down $600/mo budget, ran out of time", then a sales person calls and puts "called. no answer. left message", the note that appears seems to be the "called. no answer. left message".
It would be better if there was a way we can lock in a note as the most relevant note.
