Show the three moving dots when someone else is replying on same profile

If my colleague is already replying to a customer, it would be VERY helpful to have an indication for that so we don't BOTH respond to the customer as the same person at the same time. Much like a cell phone let's us know when someone is typing a text back to us. Three moving dots with a name of who is active and responding to the customer already, would help this stop happening.

- Would you prefer to see the indication of someone typing in real-time or only when they start typing a response?
- Is it important for you to know the specific colleague who is typing, or is a general indication sufficient?
