Show RO's for used vehicles

VinSolutions has a very powerful feature. You can click on a link in the used vehicle inventory for a specific vehicle and it will pull up the RO on that vehicle that shows what has been done to our vehicle to prepare it for sale. This was extremely helpful when talking with a customer who was comparing our vehicle to a competitor.

Thanks for sharing this, BILL FORD — totally see how having quick access to the RO would make those customer conversations a lot easier. To make sure we’re thinking about this the right way, a couple quick questions: where in DriveCentric would you ideally click to pull up the RO (used inventory list vs. vehicle detail page vs. inside a customer/lead record)? For the RO history, are you mainly looking for your dealership’s recon/internal service work, or would you also want any prior/history ROs if they’re available? And when you open the RO, what details are most important for you to reference in the moment (work performed, dates, costs, status/complete, etc.)?
