when an outbound call is made by someone else, show the phone number that was called within the activity thread, similar to how I can see it when I make a call outbound. See attached.

- How frequently do you need to access outbound call numbers made by others in your team?
- Would you like any specific notifications or alerts when an outbound call is made by someone else?

- 25% of the time, to find them and listen to recorded call
- No notification would be necessary
