Show "Impersonated by:" on Mobile

When a teammate uses the dropdown to text “as __________” or another employee, the mobile app currently only shows that I sent the message - when I didn’t. There’s no way to see who actually impersonated me unless I log into the desktop version and dig around. This creates confusion, especially when multiple employees are involved in a deal.
This usually happens when a manager jumps in to help push a deal. But without visibility, it leads to double replies and unnecessary client noise. Recommend having "Impersonated by:______" added to mobile.

When we are on Mobile, we can not see who is impersonating us when we have someone do that. Could we get that added to mobile? I like to see who is saying things to customers on my days off when I am not near my computer.

You can see on the desktop when an employee impersonates another employee, but you can't see when viewing on the customer on the mobile app

Hey Hunter Ross, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- How often do you use the mobile app to check impersonation activities?
- What specific information would you like to see about the person impersonating you?
- Are there any other features on the mobile app that you find difficult to use or would like improved?

Brian Stalvey, thank you for writing in. You should see who impersonated the message in the lower right corner of the logged message on the Customer Deal Card (see the image below). And in Conversations, it can be seen in the lower left corner (see image below). Please let me know if you are not seeing this.

Hiya Brian Stalvey, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- How often does this issue occur, and does it affect a specific group of employees more than others?
- Are there any specific scenarios or times when this impersonation feature is particularly problematic?
- Would you prefer a different method of notification or alert when someone texts on behalf of another employee?
