Service pulling purchased unit details from existing profile

My wife brought my Edge in for service and once service logged her in with the vehicle information, it was removed from my profile. I can no longer see the vehicle or any details in the sales system. The deal details are no longer showing.

Tim Karr, thank you for writing in. I want to make sure I understand what happened correctly. Service added your vehicle, which was previously in your garage on the Customer Card, to your wife's Customer Card. In doing so it removed the vehicle from your garage on your Customer Card. This is intended functionality. You should still see your deal information under the Deals tab on the Customer Card. Do you see your vehicle there? I would, if you haven't already, use the Connections features on the Customer Contact Card and add your wife as a Connection.
