Just noticed we also need the ability to redistribute service customers to other users. I'm told the only way to get our service customers into the new hire's name is to go through THOUSANDS of customer profiles and manually reassign them to our new hire.... and we have to do that without the arrows to efficiently scroll through the profiles...

please tell me that a sales to service tool like Service equity or Xtime can be figured out for our service to sales managers I have a 100 service customers per day that must be able to be mined and to give us the logistics of there arrival and repair orders and past history .

eLeads, VINSolutions, etc have the integration with CDK to see service appointments, RO's, etc. Having the ability to see the service appointments from the sales side allows for service-to-sales conversions. Is this something that will be fixed in the near future?
