And yes to the examples provided in parentheses as well for what we’d like displayed. I would have it be open to my sales team. My plan would be to designate one or two of my team members to dedicate themselves to prospecting Sales and Aquisitions from the service drive.

Yes, service drive mining, out reach campaigns, etc. Were considering moving away from Masterminds since we already have all of the same data that masterminds makes easy to view if we could just view them from within DriveCentric it would probably work just as well.

Thanks for sharing this, Brandon Parker — totally hear the need here. To make sure we’re pulling the right appointment data from CDK, can you clarify what you’re aiming to do with it (service drive mining, outreach campaigns, reporting, etc.)? Also, which specific fields you’d want included (customer/vehicle, appt date & time, advisor, RO/status, appointment type, notes, etc.)? And lastly, who at the dealership would need access to the appointment list in DriveCentric and how would they use it day-to-day?
