Sending videos

When sending a video, even a short one, the uploading takes extremely long. It will be at a percentage done, and then jump down to a lower percentage of completion. You have to keep your cell phone on the screen and cant let the screen sleep, or do anything else otherwise it will fail as well and you have to do it all over again/

Sorry you’re running into that, Nick Lehman — I can see how frustrating it would be to babysit an upload (especially when the progress jumps around) and then have it fail if your screen sleeps. To help us narrow this down, can you share where you’re sending the video from (DriveCentric mobile app vs a mobile browser vs somewhere else in DriveCentric)? And when it fails, what do you see on your end—any error message, does it get stuck, or does it cancel/restart the send? Lastly, is it happening every time with any video, or only with certain ones (longer clips, specific file types, etc.)?
