WHY? this is a common feature, They don't need desk permission just the ability to send it after its desked. YOU ARE THE ONLY CRM THAT DOS NOT DO THIS

The ability for the sales person to send the quote from inside drive. The managers can do it. We have to print and scan it in.

LUCAS GILES Thank you for the feature request! Do you have access to the Desking tool? While in the Desking tool, you will see the ability to send the Proposal via email or text to the customer. Do you see that option? Thank you!

Shawn Goebel sales people can't desk. However, the deal is saved in our history. It would be nice to be able to click on the quote and send it from there.

Hey LUCAS GILES - in the Desking tool you can send Proposals via text and email! Are you not seeing that option on your end?

Drew Adler I believe this was more geared towards salespeople who don't have access to the desking tool.. currently for them to send a proposal they either have to print it as a PDF, save it as an image to their computer and send it from there, or the more notorious one, they will print it out and snap a picture of the paper to the client :/
