Sending pics does not work

Most of the time that I've tried to send pics via texting, they do not go through. They have in the past, but most of the time it does not work. Tried again today and they system says they sent and they do not show in the queue as pending, they show completed. However, the customer never received them and when you look under activity on his file they are not there. I'm constantly sending them through the system all just to go back outside and retake them and send them directly from my cell to the customer. So painful.

Shawn Goebel I don't have that issue with video, it's the pics. Customers that request more detailed pic or just additional pics or pics of cars that are online that just came in and have not been pictured. Yes I still have that issue. Lately it seems to just fail to send. Ill try hitting resend in the que but they still fail. Sometimes they go through find sometimes they don't The other day they actually failed and I hit the resend and they sent that was the first time that that's ever happened usually they always fail when I try to resend. Sometimes they go through with no problem at all but most of the time I do get fails.

I have the same issue but found a temporary work around. You have to go to the top left of the app where it opens the drop down menu, there select 'conversation' , and you will notice the chat allows you to add files instead of just photos. When adding photos that way, it will work. But if you open the customer profile and select the message icon and try to send a picture that way... it will not work. I tested this using my cell and only received the photos using the 1st method mentioned above. Hope this helps

It's not only pictures (which I have found the work around being to send only one picture at a time) but sometimes opt in texts are lost

Hello! We are aware there is an issue sending photos through the mobile application and this is actively being addressed and will be resolved this week.

when I am sending pictures to a customer the app allows me to add them to the and then acts as if it sending them but the messages or pictures never show up in the chat
