Send videos with image preview rather than link

My customers are hesitant to click on a random looking link when I send videos via text or email. Can you change this to increase the level of trustworthiness, maybe a preview?

I just went through this today as well . I had 3 different customers that texted my personal phone asking if the email video was actually me. They all said it looks like spam and would not open it . Especially when it has MARKETING as the first word in the subject

Great to hear your perspective, Trevor Kipp! I have a few more questions for you:
- What type of videos are you typically sending to your customers?
- Do you have a preferred method for how the video preview should be displayed?
- Are there any specific platforms or devices where this feature is most needed?

Shelby Parker I send video to EVERY customer. It is a great way to intro. Allowing customization of the intro message would be a game changer.
