Send Video pop-out- Include customer info, Vehicle and trade info as well. Plus add Genius to Message box!

When creating a video for a customer, all the important details like the customer's name, VOI, and trade (when applicable) are conveniently displayed to guide you. However, when you select the video and move to the "Send Video" box to write your message or email, this useful information disappears. Plus, the pop-out window blocks the view of other details, and the only way to access them is by opening a separate CRM window. If you want to use the AI for your messaging, you have to write it in another CRM tab, then copy and paste it into the other window, which can feel a bit cumbersome. If the message box worked like the other messaging boxes and included customer info + the AI, it could streamline the process and enhance both the user and customer experience.

~Customer first and last name. Vehicle year, make, model + trim.
2)How frequently do you use the AI feature for messaging, and what improvements would make it more useful?
~The team and I use the AI feature in messaging more than 75% of the time! We love it! We often "jot down" our train of thought, re-write as friendly or other, and then read through it to personalize the AI with our own voice. This helps to ensure that grammar and spelling is accurate and is great for summarizing a long train of thought. If Emojis can be added that would be a nice bonus.
3)Are there any other features or information you would like to see integrated into the video messaging process?
~If we are throwing out more ideas without another feature request; a prompt/reader at the top or side of the video filming window that would be amazing! Like room to type in at least 100 characters to help guide what you want to say in your video. Info such as millage on the car, remaining warranty, other important vehicle info, dealership info or just other deal related info. If it is listed accurately and as a reminder to mention would be helpful.
