Send Two Videos in One Message or Email
Mrzan Monzer
It would be great if we could send two videos together in one message or email. Sometimes a customer is comparing multiple vehicles, and I like to narrow it down to two options for them, basically a chocolate or vanilla choice. I’ll record a personalized walkaround of each vehicle so they can see both options and decide which one they like better before coming in.
Right now, the video length and file size limits make it difficult to send both videos together, which means I may have to send multiple separate emails or messages. I understand that videos can be uploaded to the Video Library and sent as links, but I would rather have the customer see the videos directly whenever possible. Especially with a new lead, some customers may not feel comfortable clicking a link they do not recognize or may think it is spam.
It would be really useful if we could select two videos and send them together in one email or message. If the file size is too large, maybe DriveCentric could automatically compress the videos, host them in the background, or show them as a clearly branded video preview that the customer can open directly.
My ideal workflow would be to narrow a customer down to two vehicles, record a walkaround of each one, and send both together in one clean message so they can easily compare their two options. I think that would make personalized video follow up much easier and give the customer a cleaner and more comfortable experience.

Thanks for sharing this perspective, Mrzan Monzer — really helpful context, especially around new leads being hesitant to click unfamiliar links. I’ve passed this along to the team so we can review options like sending multiple videos in a single message (and handling size limits via compression/hosting/branded previews), and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details from your workflow.
