When a lead comes in after hours, it does not go up for grabs. We need a "send to rotation" or "Make up for grabs" button so that we can round robin those leads that would normally go up for grabs during business hours.
Example: its 9am - store has been open for 30 minutes. Leads from the night prior are still on the clock and need to be reassigned but will not go up for grabs. There needs to be a button to send this lead back to into the rotation or make it go up for grabs.
The same issue occurs when merging a duplicate lead that is not going out for rotation. You can manually select Sales 1 but it wont go out in the round robin rotation. There needs to be an option to send out to the round robin rotation or else what happens every time is that the sales agents hit "ignore dupes" and then we end up with multiple profiles for the same person.
If you think sales agents are going to go back an use the "search duplicates" and re-merger their cleared dupe, I want to know what you're smoking and if you'll share.
