Send Customer Appointment Availability based off Appointments and User/Store Hours

It would be awesome to send the customer a link where they could pick a day time based on the Users/Store Hours and Day off Schedule and not show times that are in their Appointments.

Can we set it up to the only times available for scheduling an appointment would be during business hours only? This would be SO helpful!

Thanks for sharing this, Sean McConkey — totally see how a self-serve link that only shows truly available times (based on store/user hours, days off, and existing appointments) would make scheduling a lot smoother. To make sure we’re designing it the right way, can I ask a couple quick things: in what scenario would you typically send this link to a customer, and what outcome are you aiming for? When they choose a slot, should that immediately create/confirm the appointment, or come through as a request your team reviews first? And whose calendar should drive the availability shown — a specific staff member, a team/department, or just the store overall?

Shelby Parker We would potentially send it out any time the lead goes to engaged so we can have the customer pick a time. Or if we could add it to an email for follow up. when they choose a date and time that would immediately create the appointment in the users appointments and notify the sales person. it should be only for the dedicated sales person.
