Send As Capability When Replying to An Email via Thread

Ability to send a reply to a customer(UNDER OUR NAME, as a drop down) even though another user initiated the first email. It greys this out when another email user has initiated the conversation. This enables us to keep the same dialog going, instead of starting another email.

Not specifically roles, but just a drop down of all users when someone else initiates an email on your customer! The person who initiated this email is Terry, but when the customer responds I want to be able to chime in also to keep dialog going, but I cant change the role to myself because the second photo(circled in red) is greyed out and not clickable. Would be great if we could get a drop down with all the users! Thank you so much!

- Are there any specific roles or permissions that should be considered when allowing a user to reply under another user's name?
- Would you like this feature to be available for all email conversations or only under certain conditions?
