To make sure we’re designing the right view, can I ask a couple quick clarifiers: where in DriveCentric would you ideally want to see “who’s in service” (dashboard, inside a customer record, a daily list, etc.), and when do you usually need to check it? For each in-service customer, what details would be most helpful beyond the name (vehicle, RO/appointment info, and/or that they’re tied to your prior sale)? And is the key use case specifically spotting customers you previously sold to who are currently in service, or seeing everyone who’s in service regardless of sales history?
