See if someone is typing from unreplied messages on left toolbar!

Please include the ability to see if someone is replying to a text or email from the unread message toolbar on the left side.

- How important is it for you to see typing indicators for both text and email, or is one more critical than the other?
- Would you like the typing indicator to show for all users or only specific contacts?
- How frequently do you use the unread message toolbar, and how would this feature improve your workflow?

Shelby Parker I think it is very important. I personally use the left toolbar for unread texts for every reply. I hold conversations from that toolbar and often times there are instances where two people double reply because we cannot see that the other person is typing. This is confusing to the customer.
It would be preferred for email and text.
Tying indicator should be for all users.
