To make sure we’re solving the right problem, can I ask a couple quick questions: are you mainly trying to find customers who mentioned a specific vehicle (like “2021 Tahoe”), or are you trying to locate a specific note within a single customer record? Also, where would you expect to run that search (a global search across the CRM vs. just within the Notes area on a customer)? And when results come back, what details do you need to act on them (customer name, the matching note text, date/author, etc.)?
