To make sure we’re scoping this the right way, where in DriveCentric would you want to record from most often (inside a customer conversation like email/text, directly on a deal/lead record, or as a standalone tool)? And who are these recordings typically for — customers, internal teammates, or both? Lastly, after you record, what do you need most: a shareable link, an attachment you can drop into a message, or saving the video back to the customer record for reuse later?
