Scratching Visits

I would like to see if the ability to "scratch" a visit, showing the visit on the log and allowing the BDC to keep track of them (they are people selling their vehicles not here to purchase anything), but not having them count against our daily visit numbers.

- What specific information should be logged when a visit is 'scratched'?
- How should 'scratched' visits be visually distinguished in the log from regular visits?
- Are there any specific reporting requirements for 'scratched' visits that differ from regular visits?

Shelby Parker The "scratch" would be removing it from the count on the surface of the log. So if there are 9 visits but 3 were scratched because they were customers only selling their vehicles then the log would reflect 6 visits. I think they could be distinguished with a color that isn't utilized yet. and as far as specific reporting requirements what are you referring to?
