Allow Managers and BDC Representatives to schedule appointments on BEHALF of another team member, while preserving the correct credit assignment and avoiding duplicate or confusing customer confirmations. 1. BDC compensation is tied to accurate appointment attribution. 2. Leads to confusion, cancellations, and incorrect performance reporting 3. Avoids double confirmations to client, isn't this what it's about??????

I agree, the system is too inflexible with appointment settings. There should be a way for team members to support each other in this regard, especially when coverage or quick adjustments are needed.
