Correct, for reps who have scheduled days off and go on vacation. cause the system created tasks we come in to an overwhelming workplan

Thanks for sharing this, Jefferson Almonte — totally get the goal of coming back in after a day off without a pile of “past due” items. Just to make sure we’re solving it the right way: when you’re marked off, what should happen to tasks due that day (auto-push to the next working day, reassign, or simply not count as past due until you’re back)? Should this behavior apply only to tasks assigned to you, or across a whole team/department when someone is off? And how are you currently marking a “day off” (schedule/availability, time-off entry, etc.)—and should it cover planned PTO, unexpected absences, or both?
