scheduling an appointment should remove a customer from the list of unworked leads, the way logging a call does

Clearing a Lead Already Answered

It would help to have a way to manually mark a lead as answered. Some people won't respond to any form of communication, but will send in leads back to back. We can't continuously call, text, or email this customer every time they send in an inquiry, but the lead won't show as answered unless you do.

This would be very useful, but I think it would be a manager/ team lead ability only. Could get messy quick if the wrong people have access to do this.

Hello Melissa LaBouef! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the process of manually marking a lead as answered?
- What criteria would you use to determine if a lead should be marked as answered?
- How often do you encounter situations where you need to manually mark a lead as answered?

Shelby Parker:
- It would be nice to have a button that you can click that says, "lead has already been responded to" and then it will come off the side bar.
- I would say if you have already tried to contact the customer within 12 hours, we should have the option to mark it as answered.
- I encounter this situation daily. Customers will send in multiple leads, but won't respond to calls, texts, or emails. I find it inappropriate to call, text, or email this customer multiple times in a row.

Chelsea Haubein Thank you for the feature request! By unworked leads, are you referring to unanswered leads that are on the sidebar or unengaged leads? I am just trying to understand what you're looking for on this one! Thank you!
