Sometimes in my off hours I found myself scrolling through the CRM and pre-writing a text message I plan to send someone when it's a more appropriate hour to communicate with them, then saving that as a Note, to be copied and pasted later. (No one wants to wake up to a 2am text message haha) It would be great if I could write those text messages and schedule them to be automatically sent during more appropriate times. Especially for customers who work night shift and our usually unavailable, sleeping, during the day.

It would be nice if we could send opt in message after hours and the customer receives it delayed, in the morning. That way it would be easier to claim the lead at night and do not disturb the customer.

What is the ideal time range for the customer to receive the delayed message in the morning?
Should the delay in sending messages apply to all customers or only to specific ones?
Would you like to have the ability to customize the content of the delayed message?

We have the tasks set up telling us to do the text or email later but can we also have the option of scheduling those texts and emails so we can finish it at that point.

Can you provide more details on how you envision the scheduling feature? For example, would you like to set a specific date and time, or would you prefer a delay (e.g., 'send 2 hours from now')?
Are there any specific types of messages (e.g., follow-ups, reminders) that you would particularly like to schedule?
Would you find it useful to have recurring scheduled messages (e.g., a weekly status update), or are you primarily interested in one-time scheduled messages?

Agreed; I would love to be able to set a time for the text to be sent later, or similarly, if we could create text-only tasks that are automated within business rules? Obviously, this would only be appropriate to automate to customers who have opted in to that contact method, but I send the same message to customers 15 days after purchase, alerting them that they should have received a survey to their email. This tiny text reminder has upped our survey return volume significantly, but it sure would be nice if automation or scheduling were an option so we dont have a customer slip through the cracks. They can opt- out at any time if they find those messages obtrusive or annoying, I dont see the reasoning why this is not an available option. Clearly users have been asking for this for more than a year, even before the FCC changes to opt-in messaging occured last fall. No updates?

This would be great! I know to respect coworkers (or really anyone's) time, I schedule my texts to them within appropriate hours from the phone's native SMS app because otherwise I might forget the message all together. This would make CRM usage much more efficient!

Late night text set time to Auto send in am

If you would be able to set a time for a text to be sent out auto for you if you set it as something to do. If you where working late and saw something you needed to reach out for just like a good morning confirming or just saying trying to catch up from the busy day and its 12am. when you shouldnt blow your customers phone up. (this would be a great tool to be able to get "JUMP START" on your up coming day.
