I would like an option to delay an email from sending out. For example, after leaving a voicemail, I would like to schedule the system to send a template email 10 minutes later.

Most customers from a third party lead (like KBB) don't respond to the first emails. Without a business rule, it would be nice to have a way to schedule follow up emails to a specific customer for future follow up. Like say once-twice a day for a week or even a 6 month follow up email.

Hello Alyssa Herdrich! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the scheduling feature? For example, would you like to set specific dates and times or just a frequency (e.g., daily, weekly)?
- What kind of content would you like to include in these follow-up emails? Would it be personalized or standard for all customers?
- Would you find it useful to have a feature that tracks the responses to these follow-up emails and adjusts the frequency or content based on the customer's engagement?

Shelby Parker Yes, dates and times would be great. That way we can send emails during the availability that they stated they have.
The content would be the rep choosing what emails to send. The email could either be one we create on the spot or a template.
Say we have a customer that has an interest in Toyota Tundras. We have email templates that are specifically made about Tundras/tax savings and benefits of owning a Tundra/etc. Or if the customer is looking to just sell the vehicle we can use specific emails we think will be better fit for the customer after talking to them on the phone or reading their lead info. This would be different than a business rule for that reason. If I get off the phone with a customer that I can't close I'd like to send specialized emails to them without having to go back into the profile daily especially if it's an old lead or a lead that said that they "aren't interested" or won't be ready until a certain date, that would be very helpful.
A response tracker would be nice as well, but the content might be unique to that individual so the tracker might not be necessary. Due to the fact the rep would be the one setting up what emails to send on what days a smart system would not be necessary unless there's a way to pause the next email from being sent for 36 hours (or be able to set the amount of time ourselves) if the customer responded to the email.
When I started using the CRM I assumed the "planned" purple box on the profile was something you could click on. If there was a way to create a separate section that you could plan out their emails (maybe even texts) for certain days and times I think it would be a huge benefit for dealers.

We can write our texts and emails to our customers and select what time we would like for them to be sent. This would be a very useful tool for example when trying to contact a customer and you know what hours they are working or in school each day. This will help us to complete our tasks, make sure we are staying on top of keeping in contact with our customers, and help so that we do not forget to follow up with them even if we are busy helping another customer.

Ability to schedule a post delivery text or message (email) to be sent, to prepare customers for calls, incoming installation appointments, p&L and accessories. "Like a google schedule allow you to set up a meeting and send a notification to the person"

Just a thought... early in the morning, when we will like to email a client, yet be respectful of their time, prepare an email or response, choose a time for it to be scheduled to be sent and we can go about our day. Bottom line, prepare the email and then choose a time for it to be sent.

If it's possible to set a time/date for a text or email to be sent out that would be helpful. In case I'm in a position where I forget to or unable contact someone throughout the day, it sends a text email I had setup earlier at a specified time
