I can't scan licenses with my iPhone. I think it's because it has the pro setup (three camera lenses) because one of my managers is able to scan it fine with a two lens setup on his iPhone.

Sorry you’re running into this, STEPHEN SMITH — I can see how that’d be frustrating, especially if it works on another iPhone. To help us narrow down what’s happening: when you try to scan the license, what do you see on your end (does the scan option not open, does the camera open but won’t capture, or does it capture but not save/import)? Also, are you doing this inside the DriveCentric mobile app — and if so, which part of the workflow are you in when you attempt it (adding a new customer/lead, updating an existing record, desking, etc.)? Lastly, does it fail every time on your phone, or only in certain cases (specific licenses, lighting, or after a recent app/iOS update)?
