Save Progress while Adding New Customer

.I would like to add a feature that lets you save progress in adding a customer, when you have not completely added the customer in, but had to answer another call or was distracted by another issue. As a BDC rep. This happens often and the system makes you start over...With the suggestion, we could use a reminder, maybe a red flashing button that lets you know you have saved something that needs to be finished....extremely important from where I sit thanks..
