Save desk history after removing vehicle from deal

Currently in Desking 2.0, if a desk is being worked for a customer and the vehicle is removed with a new one added after, the desking history starts over on the new vehicle.
It would be beneficial to be able to see/reference the previous desking. This lets us see the previous structure and keep things consistent.
