I love that we now have the option to minimize a customer card we're working on! my request would be that it retains a text message or Appointment I was working on when I minimized it, to keep from having to re-type everything after pulling the profile back up

Hi Chelsea, thanks for the feature request! We do not currently save Appointment, Note, or Task drafts when the customer card is closed or minimized, but that's a great feature request! We'll continue to gather votes on that.
There's a known issue with Text drafts not saving when the customer card is closed or minimized, so our team will get that fixed!

1 It's every time the customer card is minimized
2 Not specific actions, but specific tabs. Under "Activity" anything in typed in Note, Text, Task, and Appt will not be retained. E-mail is the only one that does for some reason, but that's not new since the changes. Under "Conversation" tab, it does save the text so I can pick up where I left off. Just seeing if there's a way for that to apply to the Activity tab also
3 I'm not requesting that it "save" necessarily, just have it save the draft when minimized

- Can you provide more details on the frequency of this issue? Does it happen every time you minimize a customer card or only under certain conditions?
- Are there specific actions you take before minimizing the card that seem to trigger this issue?
- Would you find it helpful if the system automatically saved your progress at regular intervals or would you prefer to manually save your progress before minimizing the card?
