Hi Michael "MJ" Jarvis, thanks for the feedback! You should be able to edit the text in a template after inserting it into an email - this is not tied to any permissions. Can you help me better understand what you're asking to do?

Jacob Coleman I want to be able to update templates in the Activity Screen while I am typing up an email. This was a feature in the Eleads CRM that allowed you to create and edit templates without having to go into the system settings. There are peroidical changes that happen, and it would save time and hassle.
Currently, I open a second Drive Centirc window to update templates in the Store Settings
