As a salesperson, we should be able to see how we are doing, and for that, we need to have our own reports. Example: closing ratio, month-to-date sales, year-to-date sales, same as dead deals, etc.

I would really appreciate that. Where we can say monthly, daily, yearly, yoy, mom, and so one for total sales, closing ratios, phone calls, appointments made, appointments shown. Basically, how managers can pull a report we should be able to pull a report only respective per sales person.

- What specific metrics or data points would be most valuable for you to see in your personal sales reports?
- How frequently would you like these reports to be generated or updated?
- Would you prefer these reports to be accessible via a mobile app, desktop application, or both?

Shelby Parker I think the Sales people should be able to see all the metrics like the managers can just for their data and interaction with lead, mobile app and desktop, desktop is the most important, have it broken down with source and everything
