We would like salespeople to only have the ability claim a customer in the #2 position, NOT giving them the option for #1. And we would like there to be an option where customers can't be claimed until after 3 days (72 hours) or 2 days (48 hours) if someone has been actively working on the lead. If this doesn't change we are already seeing salespeople NOT inputting walk-in customers because they are afraid they will be stolen from them when they are currently working them.
