I would like to see all outbound messages automatically default to either the salesperson assigned or the last person who messaged to avoid confusion with the new updates. As managers attempting to impersonate it is easy to inadvertently either send as ourselves or select the wrong advisor.

Can we please have an option to default to impersonation when we're answering a text sent to a different user?

Hiya Brendan O'Reilly, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific scenarios or use cases do you envision where defaulting to impersonation would be beneficial?
- Are there any specific roles or users who should have the ability to default to impersonation?
- How should the system handle situations where multiple users are involved in a conversation?

When a salesperson is off and someone else, like a manager would like to have some tasks completed.

All users that are a part of that conversation should be able to complete tasks associated with it.

Shelby Parker I believe what makes the most sense is if it defaults to the user that last messaged the customer.

Also have BDC user as default when they are logged into their own account.
