Sales Rep in Contact

As a BDC Agent, it would be nice to be able to set a process to "Sales Rep in Contact" so us agents no longer receive tasks for that customer, while the Sales Reps receive all the tasks. I've had a few customers complain that it was confusing on who they needed to speak to with the both of us staying in contact.

Hiya EMORY THOMPSON, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- How should the transition of tasks from BDC Agents to Sales Reps be communicated to ensure clarity for the customer?
- Are there specific types of tasks that should remain with the BDC Agent even after the Sales Rep is in contact?
- What criteria should trigger the change in process to "Sales Rep in Contact"?

- The tasks should just be assigned to the Sales Reps. Ex: Day 5 - Engaged Status - Touchpoint (Sales Rep Name).
- I believe there should be at least 1 task left for the BDC Agents, until the Delivered Follow-up. It's called a Customer Service Task, just checking in on the customer to see how their experience is going with their Sales Rep.
- In VinSolutions, there was a drop-down menu to change the processes of that certain customer, I think there should be the same here as well. There was: Cold Monthly Follow Up - BDC, Ordered Unit, Warm Weekly Follow-Up, Salesman in Contact, etc.
