Just to make sure we’re scoping it the right way: who should have access to the full sold log (all salespeople, managers only, or everyone at the dealership)? What’s the main outcome you’re aiming for by making it visible across the team (transparency, coaching, tracking performance, smoother handoffs, etc.)? And when you say “sold log,” what exactly needs to be shared—just the list of sold deals, or also key deal details, notes, and activity history?

To make the salespeople see the sold log. Had it in our previous CRM, useful tool to see which car is sold. The CRM we had before showed us the customer name and salesperson who sold the car
