Round Robin Clocked in functionality

It would be helpful if the Round Robin Clocked In functionality prioritized users based on the time they clocked in rather than their alphabetical order.
For example, if a user named Zoe clocks in at 9:00 AM and no leads are received for an hour, then a user named Amber clocks in at 10:00 AM, a lead that comes in at 10:01 AM is currently assigned to Amber because her name appears earlier alphabetically. This behavior does not reflect the order in which users became available.
Instead, the Round Robin Clocked In queue should be determined by clock-in time, placing users into the rotation in the order they clocked in.

Thanks for sharing this, Heather Inman — really helpful perspective, and the example makes the issue super clear. I can see how sorting by alphabetical order would feel off when availability is based on clock-in time. I’m looping this into our team’s review so we can assess prioritizing the Round Robin Clocked In rotation by clock-in order, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details.

I would prefer it to work this way, based on clocked in time.
