Round robin BDC reps to files that have no BDC rep on them

Please make it so that we can select multiple files and round robin BDC reps on them for files that do not have a BDC rep. Specifically in the mining section.

- What criteria should be used to select the BDC reps for the round robin assignment?
- Is there a specific order or priority in which the files should be assigned to BDC reps?
- Are there any specific conditions or exceptions we should be aware of when assigning BDC reps to files?

1 - I don't have a criteria for who can be selected, just any sales BDC rep at that store. Say there are 100 sold files in May of 2020 that do not have a sales BDC rep on them. I want to be able to select those files and round robin BDC reps to be put on them instead of having to go in one file at a time.
2 - No specific order just evenly.
3 - No specific conditions. Just be able to select the BDC reps from a list like you would when a person leaves and you move their files into someone else's name.
