RETROACTVE APPOINTMENTS

Ability to put an appointment in for the past. The customer and the salesperson made an appointment, but it never got entered into the system. Now the sale looks like it wasn't an appointment, but it was.

Thanks for flagging this, Harley Mitchell — totally hear you on why retroactive appointments matter for accurate reporting and attribution. I’ve shared this with the team so we can review what it would take, and if you’re open to a quick follow-up: do you need to backdate the appointment date/time itself, or just mark the sale as “had an appointment” after the fact? Any example of how far back you typically need to go would help too.

Shelby Parker Backdate the appointment. It wouldn't normally be more than a month, but I don't think a time limit is necessary. We should be able to put an appointment in for any day and time we want, past, present, or future.
