Response to customer replies to opt-in request.

AI (think it's AI) responds to customers who reply to opt-in messages with a any response other than "YES" or "NO" in a way that can be interpreted as rude. It does not acknowledge the customer's message, which may include clarifying questions about the opt-in message, other comments related to their deal, etc. instead simply sends back the following: Please respond with only a YES or NO. It is abrupt.
There are several examples, but specifically, the most recent is Christopher Dean

Thanks for flagging this, Jackie D'Antonio — and sorry about the tone there. I can see how that “Please respond with only a YES or NO” reply could come across as abrupt, especially when someone’s asking a legitimate question. We’re going to dig into what’s triggering that response and review the behavior on the Christopher Dean example you mentioned; if you’re able to share a screenshot or the exact message thread, that’d really help us reproduce it and investigate faster.
