Response Time Based on Lead Assignment/Rotation

I would like to measure response time by salesperson, looking at the time to respond from time assigned to that particular sales person. If they lead comes in and is rotated to up for grabs after 10 minutes, then grabbed and responded to 2 minutes later, I would like to be able to see that particular salesperson responded within 2 minutes not 12. (understanding that the store response time is still 12 minutes)

Response time by salesperson as measured from time lead was assigned to that salesperson or grabbed by that salesperson.
I would like to be able to run this report at any time by selecting a date range. I would most likely look at previous month, or previous 90 days, but may also look at MTD numbers.
I would like to filter by date range, and salesperson. Other associated data such as engaged %, visit %, proposal % an sold % of associated leads would also be helpful.
