Responding to email blasts

I think we should be able to respond to an email blast response. For example, if I send out an email blast to all Sierra 1500 open prospects and I get a response from someone saying they are interested, I think someone should be able to respond to that direct response instead of having to send a separate email that could get lost in spam or just ignored.
