I really appreciate that we can edit the default video text template so it's not just "I just shot a video for you" but it would be really helpful to have even 3-5 different templates for the text that goes along with the videos being texted to customers.

Sales reps often tend to default to the message that is populated and not update the message themselves but if we covered a few of the basic reasons - referral, follow up, check-in, thank you, temporary promotion, they would probably choose the message to best suit the occasion. I see the argument for keeping the texting video messages clean/limited but it would also be great if this would allow us to test open/engagement rates with the messages too!
