Request for Quick Notes Feature

Hello,
We would love to see a way to add quick and simple notes that would show up in the circled section pictured below. This would allow my BDRs to quickly document customer contact attempts and updates such as:
Text sent
Left voicemail
Called customer
OOA
Email sent
No answer
Confirmed appointment
Having these visible as quick notes would be extremely helpful for our team to easily track customer communication, stay organized, and ensure all customers are being properly contacted and followed up with in a timely manner.

Thanks for sharing this, Shelby Houk — really helpful context, and I can see how quick, visible notes like “left voicemail” or “text sent” would make it much easier for your BDRs to stay on top of follow-ups.
