Request for expanded Deal Detail Visibility

Good Morning,
I wanted to reach out regarding a potential enhancement to the deal visibility within DriveCentric.
In our previous Crm, once a deal was finalized, oiur dales team still had access to a more complete overview of the transaction and detail, including items such as
1:Finance source, lender
2: Interest rate and payment
3: Term length
4: Warranty, Product purchases
5: Trade payoff and allowance info
6: Amount Financed and down payment
Currently the system appears to only push over limited info such as rate, payment and some trade info data.
Having access to the full deal structure after delivery was extremely valuable from both a sales and operational standpoint. It helped with;
1: Better customer follow up convo's
2: Understanding customer buying patterns and deal structure
3: Training and development opportunities for sales staff
4: Maintaining continuity on repeat business
5: More informed future vehicle recommendations and equity convo's
Would like to see if there is either;
1: A setting or permissions update available to expand this visibility, or
2: A roadmap item / feature request that could allow for more complete finalized deal detail integration moving forward.

Hi Shelby Thank you for the follow up and for taking the time to review this further. Ideally this would be a permission, settings based visibility option that dealerships could enable for specific roles or groups rather than broad visibility for every user. From a sales and management standpoint, the highest priority fields would likely be: 1: Finance source/ lender 2: final term length 3: Payment 4: Interest rate 5: warranty/ product purchase 6: trade payoff and allowance 6: Amount financed/ down payment structure The main goal is maintaining visibility into the finalized deal structure post delivery for; 1: customer follow up and equity conversations 2: repeat business continuity 3: coaching/ training opportunities 4: understanding lender and product trends 5: sales management/ accountability Our previous CRM allowed visibility into much of this after the deal was finalized, and it was extremely valuable operationally for both sales staff and leadership. Really appreciate you all taking a look into it.
